Parent Consultations
Online Appointments available on Monday 18th March, Tuesday 19th March, or Wednesday 20th March.
We would like to invite you to book an appointment for our ONLINE Parent/Carer Consultations after school on either Monday 18th, Tuesday 19th or Wednesday 20th March 2024. For this ONLINE meeting, Holy Rood will use the ‘School Cloud’ booking programme to lead online “Video Call” appointments. Using this programme, you can choose your own appointment times with teachers, and you will receive an email confirming your appointments just like the ‘Parents Evening’ app used before.
We ask that you book only one appointment to meet with the class teacher(s) even if you have the option to book more than one. There is a function on the ‘School Cloud’ system where you can invite another adult with parental responsibility for your child to join your video call appointment to avoid parents needing to make separate appointments, so we ask that where possible, both parents are on the same video call appointment to hear the same information from your child’s class teacher. If you do invite another parent to the meeting, they must use the link given on the invitation which will be different to your one.
If your child is on the SEN register for an identified SEND, you may also wish to make an online appointment to speak to our SENCO Mrs Ram on one of these days. We recommend that you meet with the class teacher first and then Mrs Ram afterwards if you wish to discuss their SEND needs further. If you have already met with Mrs Ram recently or are due to meet again later in the term, please do not also book an appointment with her at this time.
All appointments can be made from Monday 4th March at 12pm and will close on Friday 15th March at 9:10am. Should you wish to make any changes after this date please contact the school office. There is further guidance below to ensure the bookings and appointments are successful, so please take the time to read these beforehand.
If your child is in Miss Gillam’s class, her appointment times are slightly different so you will need to book these on the one specific to 1Alban. Everything else for booking appointments is the same as it is for all other classes however if you would like to also meet Mrs Ram, our SENCO, please contact the school office and they will support you in booking an appointment with her.
